It is located near the charming town of Caudete which has bars and restaurants a plenty and there is a lovely tennis club not far away. Supermarkets such as Mercadona and other well known names are in the town and the new road infrastructure means a day trip to Valencia or the beaches at Gandia (very posh in summer) and Oliva are within one hour away. Additionally, although Alicante is nearer, you have a choice of airports as Valencia airport is less than one hour away which means you have much more choice over price and flight times.
